3. Listing approval
Submissions are manually reviewed before publication. Garalista may approve, reject, edit, hide, or remove listings at any time, especially if they appear inaccurate, misleading, illegal, duplicated, or inappropriate.
4. Ownership and rights
By submitting a listing, you confirm that you have the right to publish the information and photos provided. You must not copy listings, photos, or descriptions from other websites without permission.
5. Contact between users
Visitors contact listing owners directly. Garalista is not involved in negotiations, payments, contracts, visits, deposits, or agreements between users.
6. No guarantees
Garalista does not guarantee that listings are available, accurate, safe, legal, or suitable for your needs. Always verify details directly with the owner before making any payment or agreement.
7. Prohibited content
Users must not submit fake listings, scams, illegal content, offensive content, misleading information, or content they do not have permission to use.
8. Liability
Garalista is not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, scams, payments, property issues, or agreements resulting from the use of the platform.
9. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the latest version.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
